Carlota Batres

Carlota Batres completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of St Andrews, then worked as a postdoctoral fellow funded by CHANEL, and now is a Professor at Franklin & Marshall College. Her research investigates which facial cues we use, and how we use those cues, to form social judgments. For example, she has examined what influences masculinity and adiposity facial preferences as well as how makeup influences facial perceptions.
