Emilie Baltz

Emilie Baltz hunts for what does not (yet) exist and is dedicated to creating new possibilities. As an experience designer, technologist, food designer, artist and educator working out of the New Lab for emerging technologies. She is an award-winning author and speaker, a founding member of NEW INC and the SVA Products of Design MFA program, and founder of the Food Design Studio at Pratt Institute. Emilie collaborated with us on our Sweet Shoppe weekender.
