Gemma Hart

Gemma specialises in a therapeutic style of yoga (which doesn’t mean she won’t work you hard!). Her teacher training included a strong focus on anatomy and the science behind how yoga works. Gemma also has a background in literary studies and the environmental humanities – she completed her PhD at the University of Sussex in 2017, and is currently working on a 2-year postdoc at Harvard. Gemma presented (and helped to design) the Space Yoga youtube series, and previously led our Space Yoga sessions at Secret Garden Party 2017, as well at Brighton Yoga Festival, Citadel festival and at the Book Club in London in 2018.
