Food scientist Rachel Edwards-Stuart is a biochemist turned sensory expert who studies the molecular makeup of flavours. She has studied at Cambridge and under Heston Blumenthal. She hosted our Flavour Feast at Borough Market, the Secret Garden Party and Green Man in 2010, and then took gustatory exploration to an interstellar level with the Galactic Gourmet at the Secret Garden Party, Bestival and the Astronomers’ Ball in 2011. She also hosted our Taste the Music event at the Secret Garden Party and the Science Museum Late in 2014.
