Tess Morris-Paterson

Tess Morris-Paterson has 10 years’ experience working with elite athletes and teams, including Formula One, The Premier League, and Olympic and Paralympic sport. Her PhD is in Aerospace Physiology, where she’s investigating the effects of space on the human body, and in particular how our muscle adapts to low gravity conditions. In her spare time, Tess is is aiming toward the next European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut selection. She co-hosted Space Yoga at The Book Club.
