Viren Swami is Professor of Social Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, and Director of the Centre for Psychological Medicine at Perdana University, Malaysia. He is the author of Attraction Explained and his research is focused on attraction, body image and disordered eating, and separately the psychology of conspiracy theories. He joined us at Secret Garden Party, Citadel festival, Shambala festival, and London’s Book Club to explore how and why conspiracy theories spread and the science behind attraction. He has also collaborated with us to develop and deliver Queer Attraction Lab!
