In August we headed to the Dutchess County Fair in upstate New York. This agricultural fair is celebrated its 173rd year, and with our particular brand of surprising science, we enjoyed contributing to one of the most exciting years yet!

We travelled upstate to beautiful Rhinebeck, NY to bring a particularly Guerilla Science-take on delicious county fair foods.

Our Entomophotron booth tickled tastebuds and tested guests comfort levels with insect-based delicacies, all while learning more about the history of entomophagy and future of food.
