We feasted on creepy crawly cuisine, munched on sustainable delicacies, and discussed the future of food at StreetLife October!

On Sunday 7th October we returned to StreetLife festival at Well Street Common in Hackney. This time we took our taste buds on a trip to the future with food scientist Marco Springmann. Our audience were given forward-thinking #mealsoftomorrow lunch bags filled with visionary tasters that tackle the burgeoning issues of food security and sustainability.  While we tucked into this futuristic feast, we discussed how to feed ourselves in ways that are both nutritious and sustainably delicious!
