23-26 August 2018, Kelmarsh Hall, Northamptonshire, UK
This summer we took our trademark form of renegade research to Shambala festival and hosted a brand new Guerilla venue!
An all singing, all dancing adventure into utopia, Shambala is a 100% independent and anti-corporate explosion of colour, nonsense and communal giddiness. Pioneering, intimate and truly innovative, this is a place where you play, revitalise, make lots of new friends and return to the world fuelled-up on the beauty of being alive. As well as being known as a legendary party, it is also a haven for cutting edge theatrics and performance, a think-tank of ideas and an award-winning green event, which we loved being a part of.
Over the weekend we delved into the global issues of our environment with a spectacular selection of interactive experiences – from meditating on nature and picnics of the future, to pollution perfume-making and sensory speed dating, there were games, workshops, debates, yoga and explosive experiments. In three days of mind-blowing events, we explored our planet, seas and air like never before – we definitely arrived with a bang!
