Friday – Under the Sea

Leave Earth and launch into space in our intergalactic yoga class with the UK Space Agency. We’ll reveal what happens to our bodies and minds in microgravity.

12.00 – Ocean Debate: Are Octopuses as Intelligent as Humans?

Crafty, clever and conscious – cephalopods are wiser than we first imagined, but what goes on behind those wandering eyes?

13.00 – Blue Water Tea Party

Join us for tea as we unearth the cocktail of chemicals contaminating our oceans. How can we tackle the plastic pollution problem?

14.00 – Meditate on Nature

Take a break – relax, reset and reconnect with nature as we explore why the outdoors is so great for mental wellbeing.

15.00 – Anatomical Life Drawing

Enrol in our art lesson with a twist as we illustrate on naked skin how our amazing bodies have adapted to cope in Earth’s extremes.

16.00 – Sensory Speed Dating

Put on a blindfold and take part in six sensual rounds, as we uncover how our senses, brain and body react when you connect with a special someone.
