Bompas & Parr

Bompas & Parr are food artisans, who (in their own words) design spectacular experiences, often working on an architectural scale with cutting edge technology. Previous projects include a chocolate waterfall, a walk-in gin and tonic, and their famous architectural jelly. They partnered with us to produce the spectacular Dirt Banquet at Crossness Pumping Station, sponsored by the Wellcome Trust as part of their Dirt Season of events.
