Imogen Ramsey

Imogen Ramsey is a PhD student at the University of Nottingham specialising in brewing beer and sensory science – particularly into developing an understanding and improved sensory quality of low alcohol beer. She was our scientist at the Flavour Feast events in 2018 at Sewerby Hall in Yorkshire and Citadel festival in London, explaining the science behind all things flavour and sensory related.
