Joe is an engineer, designer and tutor. He helped us create three trebuchets – medieval-style weapons of warfare – which we brought to the Secret Garden Party and Wilderness. He also designed and built the fire organ, touring it around festivals communicating the scientific and engineering principles behind it and building design with his team from Buro Happold. Lastly, he helped bring the Fire Organ to a transatlantic cypher and karaoke at Secret Garden Party.
