An interactive exploration of love, neuroscience and the senses.
Forget love at first sight, what about love at first sniff? Attraction Lab is our one-of-a-kind interactive group experiment that explores the science of attraction through a range of enticing sensory adventures. Participants partner up to smell, hear, taste, touch, see and move their way to a greater understanding of the subconscious processes that drive our behavior and desires. A comedian and scientist host this 90 minute event, exploring the psychological, evolutionary biological, and neuroscientific underpinnings of love and the senses. Discover what the smell of sweat tells us about a prospective partner, how eating raw kale and apricots transforms our capacity for flirtation, and why long vocal chords are sexy.
This unique experience can be adapted for a variety of contexts, environments, and themes. Guerilla Science has worked with biologists, comedians, historians, food designers and drag performers to create a memorable evening for a diverse set of clients and audiences
Attraction Lab has reached over 5000 live audience members across the UK and USA and has been produced for museums (small and large), nightlife venues, and outdoor festivals such as Secret Garden Party, Citadel Festival and Shambala Festival.
