Dublin Theatre Festival

Guerilla Science was invited to run a training workshop on interdisciplinary collaborations between artists and scientists at the Dublin Theatre Festival, Ireland.

Guerilla Science held training workshops across two days at DanceHouse studios, Dance Ireland. Workshops were attended by theatre playwrights, dancers, writers, costume designers, actors on the annual NextStage programme, alongside scientists from Science Foundation Ireland. We ran sessions that introduced the field of Art Science and shared Guerilla Science’s approach and methods to developing interdisciplinary collaborations. We then led the participants through a series of interactive exercises that provided a walk-through of the process of instigating transdisciplinary project concepts and rapid prototyping.
